There's no complaints whatsoever, had a lovely stay for three nights. Everything was good, fairly clean hotel, great and stunning location near the port. Location: the venue was adjacent to the marina in a great sea front position and good value and the fisherman harbour, which is about a 5-7 minute walk away.

The location was excellent for walking around Ciutadella de Roses. the area was good, just off the marina in a great seafront position. - the rooms were immaculate and nicely furnished with a nice balcony. - the pleasant staff kept the balcony well-maintained.

The location as the hotel was right opposite the beach.

The room was small and dark - not the best but the food was ok.

No Wifi in rooms and no shampoo and conditioner in rooms. But apart from that an excellent stay

This hotel in Roses exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic. Situated right opposite the harbour and right beside the beach, it offered stunning views and easy access to the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of having a balcony overlooking the harbour. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the female member of staff in the restaurant who provided excellent service during breakfast. Additionally, the value for money was impressive, with a delicious breakfast included in the price. this hotel provided a great experience with its prime location, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff.

We stayed at a hotel in September for three nights and had a great time. Our room was clean and spacious with a balcony. The first night was rainy, so we decided to have dinner at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the buffet, which only cost 8 Euros per person. The food was tasty and there was a great selection. After dinner, we enjoyed some live music and even danced by the pool. We ate at the hotel every night and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more pleasant. we would happily stay at this hotel again in the future.

sweeming pool was ok

the hotel looks like it got stuck in the `80. everything very old and unattractive, including the big buffet that is included in the price. the rooms are gloomy and the view from the rooms is sad.

the instruction "Do NOT close the doors to the room when on the Balcony" should be added to the room notices

Great location near port and city center, nice evening walk. Lovely pool and common areas. Close proximity to beach and parking area. Good choice of food at buffet. Excellent picnic for early departure.
